Once registered, we need to setup your products for listing on our platform. You can do it yourself after you login. Or you can contact us and we can help setup your online store. How much fee do you charge for buying on Poulmart?
Poulmart does not charge anything to its buyers for making any purchases on our platform. On the other hand, we try to negotiate with our suppliers on behalf of our buyers to offer better prices of products listed on our Poulmart.
How much fee is charged by Poulmart to a supplier for listing their products?
Registration and listing of products is absolutely FREE on Poulmart. Sellers of poultry items do not pay anything for listing their products. We charge a very nominal commission on any successful order placed on Poulmart. This is because, we not only offer an additional channels for our supplier to increase their sales, we also promote their products regularly and make them available to the buyers across India which may be otherwise difficult for many small and medium businesses.
Do I have to provide any credit card, debit card, bank account details?
NO. Poulmart at no time, asks for your credit card, debit card, net banking or bank account details. Infact, we do not need or store your banking or other financial details ever on our website. Only when you buy any product and if you want to make payment by online methods, you can use our partner’s payment gateway where you can make such payments. We regularly accept payments made by check or transferred to our bank account within India. The details are sent to you when you place an order. Please contact us on our phone number or email id, should you have any questions or concerns regarding payments.
Is Cash on Delivery option available?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Why payment for an order on Poulmart is to be made in advance?
Payment must be made in advance to our bank account before an order can be processed. Please note that this is not an advance payment to the supplier. The payment against an order is not transferred to the supplier before the order is shipped. The payment stays with us and is only transferred to the supplier after the successful dispatch and delivery of the order by the supplier. This is to ensure that items are shipped before the payment is made to supplier. This helps us avoid frauds when a supplier does not ship even after the payment is made. At the same time, it helps us provide a fair guarantee to the supplier that he or she will get the payment once the items have been shipped and delivered.
Absolutely, Safe! We ensure that the supplier ships your items in the order before we transfer the money. Therefore, if there are any issues the order is/can not be shipped, we will refund the money to the buyer. This is our word.

Poulmart is the name of the brand/platform owned by the company Vamcor Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and located at 414 Industrial Area, Phase 1, Panchkula, Haryana, India – 134109. The company is registered as Vamcor Technologies Pvt Ltd with Govt of India and is its registered and legal name. Therefore, when you buy on Poulmart, you make payments to the bank account of Vamcor Technologies.
Can someone see what I am doing on the website or view the information that I am entering on the website?
Please note that Poulmart website uses industry standard SSL certificate to encrypt all communication between your computer and Poulmart servers. It essentially means that it almost impossible to decrypt such communication. At least, Not in our lifetime!
